Our company has been purchasing this pottery line for our clients for year and have been very please with the quality and the customer service!!

My landscaping was old and growing over the sidewalk. I had already replaced most of the original plants, evergreens and shrubs and with each change my home looked better. These last evergreens were hard to part with, I remember selecting each one at a very interesting nursery but it was time. I wanted a new look and did not want another evergreen next to my front door. I looked in Illinois and Wisconsin for just the right thing. I was lucky enough to see one of these pots at a local garden center and although they did not sell them, they were kind enough to share the name of the company. After looking at the website I called Gardenstone and found them extremely helpful. The pot color I saw in person had been discontinued. Chris Marchese was trying to assist, explaining the color differences. He even took a video in his warehouse of his stock describing each color in detail. This was SO helpful. The color I chose is called Old Roman. I am extremely pleased with the results of my landscaping with the addition of this beautiful pot, the quality is excellent, the details are striking and even my neighbors are wowed! Absolutely beautiful planters! We ordered 26 of them for a project in Vancouver. They were packaged perfectly for their trip across the country and my customers were very pleased! Thank you to the Gardenstone Team!

I have shopped here for well-priced planters for years. The selection is great and the prices are way better than at standard garden outets. This is because they are actually suppliers to garden centres and landscape supply places. Nice people here as as well.

Over the years, I have purchased several Gardenstone cement containers. They weather beautifully. Compared to the other review, I have not had any issues with the company at all.

Not only are Gardenstone products beautiful but the customer services is 5 star! I own a beautiful pot from Gardenstone and I was looking for the feet to go with my pot. I was confused about which feet would go well with my pot and how many I should order. I wrote an email to the company asking for help. I got a very quick response to my email from the Gardenstone manager Ostap Bosak. He not only suggested which feet and how many to order but offered me a discount when I placed my order. I was so impressed! I placed my order and was excited to receive my package. When my package was delivered it looked like it’s journey from Canada was a little rough! I opened the box to find several of the feet were damaged during shipping...I was so disappointed. I sent Ostap an email letting him know what had happened. He once again responded so quickly to my email and made sure that all of my damaged feet were replaced. He was so wonderful to work with throughout the whole process and I really appreciated all that he did to help me. In a world where these days it’s difficult to actually reach a human being when you need help it was so refreshing to be treated so respectfully and to feel like my business mattered. I highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful garden pots and accessories to order from Gardenstone! Thank you Ostap for your wonderful customer service!!!
